Purpose and methodology

This study asks how businesses organise everyday IT support, what works well and what takes unnecessary time. Businesses satisfied with their current arrangements are equally welcome.

The preliminary directory contains 234 candidates from public sources, not 234 respondents. Business status, location and related entities require verification. The working area is approximately 30 km from Błaszki or 20 km from Sieradz in a straight line. Borderline addresses need individual checks.

This is not a random sample. Results will describe participating firms and will not represent all regional businesses. Commercial A/B classifications in the source material are not used to interpret research results.

After collection, this page will present aggregate findings, the response count and limitations. Company names, raw comments and identifying small groups will not be published. No findings are available yet.
