SOFTWARE FOR INDUSTRY
LineBridgeMachine data in your business systems.
Read WIPOTEC TQS/TNT data and expose it through a REST API. Connect your line to the MES, ERP or broker you already use.
Explore the interface
Check equipment status and locate an order. The global index identifies the module to query.
Operational dashboard
Check which modules are responding and when data was last retrieved. The dashboard also shows runtime status and the order index.
REFERENCE ADAPTER
WIPOTEC TQS / TNT
QR-TNT · TCP / XMLLineBridge communicates with WIPOTEC TQS modules through TCP/XML request and response operations. It reads orders and line status and, depending on the configuration, product, packaging, serialization, aggregation and selected measurement data. Upstream systems receive a controlled REST/JSON contract without implementing the TQS/TNT protocol.
A different equipment manufacturer?
Potential adapter directions include Syntegon, Antares Vision, SEA Vision, Mettler Toledo, Minebea Intec, Zebra, Domino and other OEM systems — subject to protocol assessment.
The consumer can be MES, MOM, ERP, a message broker, data platform, historian, BI environment or a custom application.
LineBridge resolves the relevant line and transforms its response into an agreed format.
DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE
Let’s start with your line.
Send interface documentation or an anonymised response sample. We will identify the available data, define the expected output and agree where the integration will run.
Deployment covers the agreed adapter and API scope. Updates, rollback and maintenance are defined for the specific installation.
A regulated environment?
The scope starts with an assessment of the protocol and required data contract. In regulated environments, delivery can include a controlled baseline and documentation supporting risk assessment, testing and change control.
Validation of the final computerized system remains specific to the customer’s installation, intended use, procedures and quality system.
