Privacy and enquiries

Scope and purpose

We process your name, e-mail address, optionally company name and phone number, and the content of your enquiry to reply, prepare a proposal or take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for form security and legal claims, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Website statistics

The site uses first-party, cookie-free page-view statistics. We record the landing page, time, language, referring source and UTM campaign parameters. If the infrastructure provides a trusted network address, it is used only to create a one-way statistical identifier together with browser information; the raw IP address is not stored. We use these data to assess site performance and interest in our offer only with your consent, which you can withdraw using Privacy. Statistical data are retained for up to 400 days.

Mailing and consent

Subscription to product and service updates is optional and requires email confirmation. Based on consent, we process your address, selected language and optional name and company until withdrawal. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Consent and withdrawal records are retained to demonstrate consent and honour objections for the period justified by legal claims. Hosting and email providers process data for technical delivery. We use no tracking pixels or click-tracking redirects; image requests may appear in technical hosting logs.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in a protected database and are available only to authorised persons. Data is retained for the time required to handle the matter and then for periods arising from applicable law or legitimate claims. We do not use automated profiling.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object where applicable, request portability where provided by law, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For data matters, contact kontakt@morriat.pl.
